A significant competitive advantage of ColloPack Solutions is the strength and experience of the management team.  We are a partnership of five individuals with combined industry experience of well over 100 years.  The partnership enjoys a reputation throughout the industry based on integrity, knowledge and respect.

GREG FULFORD Founder, Chairman and President Greg Fulford, president of ColloPack, has over 30 years experience in sales and senior management positions for companies serving the wine and beverage industries. His responsibilities include developing and maintaining strategic alliances with leading worldwide suppliers of packaging equipment and supplies.

PHIL GIACALONE Founder, Executive Vice President Sales Phil Giacalone heads up ColloPack’s sales team. Prior to joining ColloPack he was vice president and general manager of Fp Packaging, a successful US distributor of wine processing and bottling machinery. He has over 25 years of experience in wine packaging equipment.

DAVE MEANS Founder, Vice President, Administrative Services Dave Means directs ColloPack’s after-sales parts and service program as well as the inside customer service department. Dave has over 20 years of experience in parts and service management.

JOE MIRONICKI Founder, Vice President Sales Joe Mironicki is product manager for ColloPack’s sparkling wine disgorging machinery product line.  Joe has been involved in the sales and service of wine machinery for 25 years.

RICK WHITE Founder, Vice President, Processing Equipment Rick White is responsible for the marketing and sales of ColloPack’s grape processing product line. He has 30 years experience in winemaking and equipment sales and is recognized as a leading authority in grape pressing. Under his direction, Diemme has become the #1 supplier of grape presses in the US wine market.
