Diemme’s open or “slotted” membrane presses range in size from 1,500 liters to 15,000 liters. The press can be loaded through the door/s or an axial feed system. Diemme’s control panel is an intuitive, state-of-the-art system that offers maximum flexibility. Diemme has several pre-programmed pressing cycles as well as a flexible program that can be completely customized by the winemaker. The membrane pressure exerted on the grapes or must is gentle, resulting in minimal solids and maximum yield at low pressures.

Diemme’s closed membrane presses range in size from 2,300 liters to 75,000 liters. The wine press can be loaded through the door/s or an axial feed system. Diemme’s control panel is an intuitive, state-of-the-art system that offers maximum flexibility. Diemme has several pre-programmed pressing cycles as well as a flexible program that can be completely customized by the winemaker. The polished juice channels have a large slotted surface area resulting in superior draining and higher yields at low pressure. Diemme’s pulse-jet cleaning system cleans behind the channels and significantly reduces the frequency of juice channel removal. Other options include the System Neutral inert atmosphere pressing system and intelligent pressing system.
